In 2019, I worked through my communications agency to create the website for Polifar, an Italian company specializing in the construction of ecological and sustainable houses.

The project required close collaboration with the company, which until then had neither a defined brand identity nor an effective online presence. In fact, Polifar had never used the Web as the main channel for its advertising communication.

Design and development of the site in WordPress

I was responsible for the graphic design and development of the website in WordPress, creating an intuitive and visually consistent interface with the company’s values: innovation, sustainability, and living comfort.

The site includes:

• A company presentation and their innovative and environmentally friendly building system;
• A portfolio of homes already built and currently inhabited;
• Landing pages dedicated to the properties under construction, with detailed descriptions and contact forms (lead generation).

Production of visual content: photographs and videos

I personally conducted a comprehensive photo shoot, visiting both houses under construction and those already inhabited, to enhance the interiors and exteriors of the homes. The images were used on the site to provide a realistic overview of the construction quality and design of the spaces.

In addition, I oversaw the creation of a promotional video to illustrate the sustainable construction system adopted by Polifar. The video, designed for the web and social media, aims to communicate the advantages of prefabricated ecological houses in a direct and emotional way.

Virtual tours and 360° photographs

For some homes, due to small or furnished spaces, I used a 360° camera with which I created immersive virtual tours. From these shots, I then extracted panoramic images for inclusion on the site, offering users a more immersive and realistic browsing experience.
